Who we are

This website

We don't use analytics or advertising trackers. When you choose a language, we store one cookie (sartio_lang) that remembers it. Nothing else is stored in your browser for tracking.

Chat assistants

When you send a message to an assistant, it is processed by our AI provider, Anthropic, to write the reply. Sartio does not store the content of conversations. We keep anonymous statistics only: the time, the language, the size of the message and whether a reply succeeded.

To prevent abuse, IP addresses are kept in memory for a few minutes to limit how many messages one visitor can send.

Hosting

This website runs on Render (hosting) and Neon (database). Like any web server, the hosting provider may keep technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security purposes for a limited time.

Your rights

You can ask us which data we have about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. You can also contact the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
