Do I need technical knowledge?
No. We set everything up. Adding the assistant to your website takes one line of code, and we can do that for you too.
What if a customer asks something the assistant doesn't know?
It says so honestly and shares your phone number or email address. It never makes up prices, hours or policies.
Which languages does it speak?
It answers in the language the visitor writes in: English, Dutch, French, German and many more, even if your information is in just one language.
Does it work with my website?
Yes: WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow and custom-built websites.
What happens to my customers' conversations?
We don't store the content of conversations. We only keep anonymous figures, like the number of messages and the language, so you can see how your assistant is used.
Can I stop at any time?
